The Origin Trip to Brazil
We’re excited to announce that we’ve received our first delivery of “direct linked” coffees here at the Broomhill Roastery! After a recent trip to the southern region of Minas Gerais in Brazil, our Master Roaster Garath Scully carefully selected these coffees for their exceptional quality and unique taste profiles.
During his visit, he had the opportunity to meet with local farmers participating in the Neighbours and Friends Program. This initiative not only promotes sustainable coffee production, but also enhances coffee quality while providing much-needed support to the farmers. By fostering direct relationships with these farmers, we gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies and richness of Brazilian coffee. This connection ensures that we access superior quality products and deliver on good quality coffee for our customers.
